ELS Warranty Policy

Our Promise of Quality and Warranty

Our policy is to make each piece of equipment that we refurbish look and act like new. If you are unhappy with how a device functions or looks when you receive it, we'll fix it free.

Warranty Policy

ELS guarantees that all warranted equipment that we repair or refurbish will function properly for a period of 12 months. If a device fails during the warranty period, we will repair it at no charge. Devices that have been abused, tampered with, damaged due to Acts of God or power surges are not covered under warranty. Should a device be repaired within the warranty period, the warranty period does not restart, but will continue from the original date of sale/ repair. ELS will assume no liability for the loss of the use of equipment during the repair period. Devices received for repair that we diagnose as “no problem found” will be invoiced at the test and clean rate.

Thirty Day Replacement Guarantee

At ELS we are so confident in the quality of the products we offer our customers a thirty (30) day replacement guarantee. If there are any issues with a device we have sold we will replace it no question asked within the first thirty days from the original ship date. This policy does not cover customer owned equipment repairs.

If we have shipped you a replacement unit within the first thirty days and the unit that you returned are received where there is no trouble found; you will be charge a twenty (20) percent restocking fee plus both out bound and inbound freight charges.

New Equipment Warranty

All new equipment sold by ELS comes with a manufacturer's specified warranty from one to five years. All warranty issues within the manufactures warranty period should be handled by the manufacturer after the first 30 days.

Refurbished Equipment Warranty

All refurbished equipment sold by ELS comes with a one year warranty, unless otherwise specified. Any equipment failures after the first thirty days from the original ship date will be repaired under warranty. Normal turnaround on a warranty repair is ten business days in house.

In Warranty Test and Clean Policy

An in warranty test and clean is equipment that has been received for repair under warranty where there is no trouble found. This equipment will receive the same cosmetic and diagnostic treatment and will be billed at test and clean charge.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees to and from our facility are sole responsibility of the customer. There are no other warranty or guarantee expressed or implied.

Important Note: It is important that you obtain an RA (Repair Authorization) number before shipping equipment to us for repair. An RA will enable us to identify your equipment when it arrives. If you are using ELS Online you will also be able to use the RA number to view the status of your equipment while it is in our facility.
